Black bags and garbage bins allow us to throw everything and anything away together with food, creating a mess that no one wants to deal with, when really there is no such thing as garbage if everything is kept separate .
Rotting food should always be kept apart from everything else that is to be discarded and
public garbage bins need removing used packaging, food and drink containers are not to much of a inconvenience that they cant be held on to till we get home, where they then have to be washed and sorted into types , ready to return to industry and manufacturing.
Domestic garbage does not exist , there is food waste which is a luxury anyway and can be dealt with, the rest is wood, glass, metal, ceramic, plastics. all of which can be sorted. As for nonrecyclable plastics, they can be shredded and mixed into some kind of composite material for building or used as a filler, whatever is done it needs containing in storage behind walls all in one place .
The only reason Plastic ends up everywhere is black bags ,public garbage bins and the whole concept of garbage.
there needs to be sorting stations for all materials and synthetics need numbers to identify them by so the owner can start the sorting at home.
A lot of plastic packaging, plastic wrap, plastic food bags and disposable plastics are small and indistinguishable from each other, if they are marked the owner can sort, separate and save by grouping until there is enough to be collected or take the relevant containment sites, or taken to a local service that will accept sorted, labeled and bagged groups of materials, which will be later taken to the specific containment site sites
Government and the industrial manufacturing world can then decide what next..
